Over 700 rooms, thousands of square meters of sophisticated meeting and conference areas and an array of public facilities, this project will be the largest hotel of the Benelux. The project is initiated by an internationally operating developer and will be operated by an international chain. HotelsAhead is cooperating here with MD Hotel Investments and Van den Oever Zaaijer Architects.
In this project, HotelsAhead acts as the developer's client representative and consultant, managing the design stage and being part of the various negotiation processes and contracting stages. HotelsAhead defined the spatial program, prepared block-format lay-outs, supports the budgeting procedure and supervises the general process.
