Velika Plaza - Montenegro

Velika Plaza is an areal development of 18 kilometres along the Adriatic coast in Montenegro. The purpose of this project is an extensive, sustainable development of resorts, hotels and various leisure facilities, whilst recovering and reinforcing the characteristically landscape. The plan was developed by van den Oever, Zaaijer & Partners architecten and Stijlgroep landschap en stedelijke ruimte BV. The project won the first prize in an international contest.
